 The Motor Vehicle Block Exemption
The Motor Vehicle Block Exemption event has been arranged to coincide with the publication in May of the European Commission's evaluation report concerning the 2002 Motor Vehicle Block Exemption. Taking into account the analysis in the report, the conference will consider in-depth the main practical legal issues that have arisen in the application of the current Regulation that still has two more years to run, as well as reviewing in detail the Commission's recommendations as to the rules that should apply after its expiry in May 2010.
