What happens if I have to cancel?
|
|
You have several options: *Send a substitute in your place *Confirm your cancellation in writing (letter or fax) 2 weeks before the conference and receive a refund less 10%+VAT. Should you cancel 1 week before the conference then you will receive a refund less 50% + VAT service charge. Regrettably, no refunds can be made for cancellation received less than one week prior to the conference. A replacement delegate is welcome at no extra charge. *Purchase a set of conference documentation - a lasting information resource for you and your colleagues.

Travel & Accommodation
|
|
Delegates are responsible for the arrangements and payments of their own travel and accommodation. IIR has arranged a special room rate at a number of hotels. If you wish to book a room and the venue is in the UK, please call Venue Search on + 44 (0) 020 8546 6166 or email info@venuesearch.co.uk stating you are an IIR delegate. If the venue is outside the UK then IIR will provide a hotel booking form for all delegates.
