Career Development & Reward

IIR is not built on hierarchies - much of our emphasis is on individual learning and goals. When you join us you will start by having a one day induction so that you gain an understanding of what the people you work closest with in the company do and how you will fit in. Your on-the-job learning starts here. We already offer some unique on-line courses for producers and marketers to follow. All our employees benefit from in-house and external training and get a chance to work towards goals identified through six monthly appraisals.

Your career route is unique to you. Some people further their career at one of our overseas offices (after 2 years of service) recent opportunities have been found in Australia, New York and San Francisco. Internal transfers have seen employees move between departments, switch job roles or work in one of our many subsidiaries. The key to IIR’s success is the contribution of its people who are rewarded with a competitive salary and benefits package, holidays which increase with service and a friendly working environment.

Applying to IIR

There are a number of ways to apply to IIR. We welcome applications via e-mail or post. Each application is given individual consideration and wherever possible is responded to within 10 working days.

Our recruitment process varies, but often involves an initial meeting (at which sometimes a test or project is set). This is followed by a second interview. Throughout the recruitment process, our aim is to ensure that we answer your questions as comprehensively as possible in order for you to make up your mind about us whilst we also evaluate you. We endeavour to give feedback to every candidate who applies to us and are happy to keep CVs "on hold" for future vacancies.
